This is the best of times and the worst of times. It is the spring of discontent.
I was doing my job at the “OLD NAVY” store in Torrance, California USA when this bowl of sunshine—this bouquet of fine music walked in my store. She arrived with her entourage. I recognized her right away when she came up to me and said hi! So I responded: “Halo Yeng!” Welcome to Old Navy Miss Constantino! She gave me a big smile, did a little cute bow, and shook my hand. We talked for two minutes then people our friendly Filipino customers, started to recognize her and started approaching to say hi and wanted to take pictures with her. So, that was my encounter with the lovely and talented Miss Yeng!
Final thoughts, it was a humbling experience. She was Not 'mayabang' or 'yumabang' at all. She is timid and very humble! She loves her fans. She is very giving--like when they want to take pictures with her. After we talked, I find her interesting, very smart, a really nice person, and a really down to earth kind of an individual--you know!
Anyways, if anyone of you beautiful people know her personally--tell her I said "HEY!" Whats UP? Both of your live performances here in L.A. and San Diego were awesome! YOU ROCK !! _________________ It's better to ask for forgiveness--than to ask for permission!
my first encounter with yeng was very funny... she just got to the meet and greet place and not that much people yet... when i saw her i was chasing my son... and she started running after my son and kept saying... "halika dito pogi kiss mo ko"... hahaha.. and then she asked me if i was the mommy and i said yes... and she replied... " ang cute naman ng anak mo ate".. and the conversation started... we talked about her family, rj and of course her running smooth career... she's a so genuine... wala kang makikitang pakitang tao... as in totoong tao siya... and of course mas lalo akong humanga sa kanya... dahil lahat ng sinabi niya sa pinoy dream academy ay totoo.. pinalaki talaga siya ng magulang niya ng maayos... and for that i salute her parents for being a good role model to yeng... wala siyang ibang hangad kundi mapabuti ang buhay ng family niya... for that... i can say that i will always admire yeng... not only for being so talented but for being a truly humble and thoughtful human being....
